Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (panties, bodysuits, hosiery, clearance items) are non-returnable.
