Q2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities across the UAE.

Standard delivery is 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Q5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! FREE shipping is available for orders above AED 99.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q6. Can I return or exchange lingerie items?
For hygiene reasons, certain items (panties, bodysuits, hosiery, and clearance items) are non-returnable.
We only accept returns or exchanges for unused and unworn items with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery.
